Shipping & Return
For Shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Inland and Hawaii please email or call us for shipping prices. Items that include Shipping does not pertain Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Inland and Hawaii.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Items that are available for immediate delivery will usually ship within 24 hours. These items are usually shipped the same day the order is placed if we receive the order by 9:00 am Central Time, also are subject to a successful payment delivery. The warehouse shipping cut off time is 11:00am CST; If the order is received after 11:00am Central Time, your order will usually be shipped the following business day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and no packages will be shipped on these days.
Cancelations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. All cancelation requests must be sent to email@example.com with valid order numbers. We will issue a full refund for you if the order has not been shipped and/or is not pending shipment. Once the merchandise is shipped, the order may not be canceled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the initial shipping freight charge, and the return freight charge. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the procession of your refund.
Kids ATV Parts attempts every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We strongly suggest our customers to inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged during the shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide you with free replacements parts within the warranty period. However, original shipping and handling are not refundable! Customers are responsible for the returning shipping cost.
Only Manufactures defects will be covered. There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance, all sales are FINAL! Any unauthorized packages returned without proved RMA will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Kids ATV Parts. All returns must be pre-authorized by Kids ATV Parts, please email us first before you send the merchandise back to us. Merchandise returned within 24 hours of receiving the product and item must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging
If you are returning the product, you must read the following terms thoroughly! Only after an inspection of returning product, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. You must meet all the following terms to qualify for a refund.
1, The products must be returned in unused and resalable condition in its original packaging. A copy of your original invoice and a valid RMA number must be included in a return shipment.
2, All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be returned.
3, All manuals must be unmarked.
